The "StrongHer FAB Four"

Week 2: Fuel Better

Week 2: Fuel Better

Tuesday 12th May, 10 am on ZOOM

Nourish Your Body for Energy and Strength

You're Not Eating Wrong. You're Eating for the Wrong Decade.

What worked in your 30s isn't just less effective now, it's working against you. Your body has changed, and your nutrition needs to change with it.

You eat reasonably well. You're not living on takeaways and biscuits.

So why are you exhausted by 3 pm?

Why does your energy crash mid-meeting?

Why does your brain feel like it's wading through fog by Thursday?

This is the bit you're missing: the rules of nutrition change significantly in your 40s and 50s.

Not because you've done something wrong, but because your biology has shifted, and what your body needs to perform, think clearly and feel strong has shifted with it.

This week, we change that.

WHY JOIN IN WEEK 2 - THIS IS WHAT YOU'LL DISCOVER

  • Why your energy crashes, and what to eat to stop them. It's not willpower. It's blood sugar. And it's fixable.
  • The protein conversation nobody's having with women over 40. You need more than you think, far more. Here's why, and how to get it without turning every meal into a chore.
  • How to nourish your brain, not just your body. Because you're not just fuelling a body, you're fuelling a business. Your brain needs specific nutrients to stay sharp, focused and decisive.
  • The real reason your go-to approach has stopped working. Oestrogen affects how your body processes, stores and uses food. When it shifts, everything shifts. This is your roadmap for what comes next.

The FAB Four Free event is where we fix this.

In 4 hours across 4 weeks, you'll get:

✔ Why you keep coming last, and how to stop

✔ The four foundations that change everything

✔ What strategic self-care actually looks like in practice

Free. Focused. Just for you.

THE TRUTH NOBODY IS TALKING ABOUT

Most nutrition advice was written for younger bodies, male bodies, or women trying to get smaller, change shape, loose weight.

You're not trying to get smaller (well, maybe you are). In reality, you're trying to get stronger, sharper, and more energised, so you can show up fully in your business and your life.

That requires a completely different conversation.

You don't have a business problem.

    You have a you-keep-coming-last problem.

You need strategic self-care, built into how you run your business, not bolted on when you're already on your knees.

That's what The FAB Four is

4 weeks. 4 shifts. Built on the StrongHer FAB Method.

🌿 Week 1 — Slow Down, Reset your energy. Sleep, hydration, recognising depletion, and reducing overwhelm.

🥩 Week 2 — Fuel Better. Nourish properly. Protein, balanced meals, whole foods, and fuelling for actual energy.

💪 Week 3 — Get Strong. Build strength and resilience. Movement that makes you feel physically capable again.

🔄 Week 4 — Stay Aligned: Create habits that last. Consistency, boundaries, and sustainable change that fit real life.

    What's included

✅ 4 weekly live group calls with me

✅ Practical tools you can actually use between calls

✅ A clear next step into the full StrongHer FAB Method

✅ A WhatsApp group to provide support throughout the 4 weeks.

Not pre-recorded. No cookie-cutter advice. No extremes.

    This is for you if…

You're a woman in business, over 40, and you're depleted. You want more energy and stronger habits without pressure. You want to feel physically strong again. You want practical support that fits your real, busy life.

    Who's running it

I'm Joanne Pagett, Performance Coach, retired (but never say never) competitive bodybuilder, multi-award winner at the Women's Health - Global Pharma Health UK Awards 2025, and creator of the StrongHer FAB Method.

I built this programme because I've been the woman who's burnt herself out and running on empty. Now I coach and help women get back to strength. This is the starting point.
