Who's running it
I'm Joanne Pagett, Performance Coach, retired (but never say never) competitive bodybuilder, multi-award winner at the Women's Health - Global Pharma Health UK Awards 2025, and creator of the StrongHer FAB Method.
I built this programme because I've been the woman who's burnt herself out and running on empty. Now I coach and help women get back to strength. This is the starting point.
